So I love Taco Pizza, but I have never had pizza tacos so I decided to give making pizza burritos a whirl. Pretty easy and they turned out so awesome! I took you standard flour tortilla and spread on some pizza sauce, pepperoni, sausage, burger, Canadian bacon, red bell pepper and cheese and I rolled it up and let it sit.
While it was resting, I took about a tablespoon of vegetable oil and coated the bottom of a fry pan and let it heat up and just a bit higher than medium heat till the pan was super hot. I laid the burrito in the pan seam side down and let it sit there for about 3 minutes or so or until it was golden brown. I flipped it and repeated on the other side.
It gave the pizza burritos such nice crunch. I added in a assortment of dipping sauces like Ranch, Buffalo and marinara and I enjoyed it with a nice ice cold beer! Give it a whirl, so awesome!
This sounds good and like an easy way to make pizza if you have the ingredients already prepared/cooked.
Friday night is usually homemade pizza night at our house. Served, of course, with a cold craft beer.

Having everything prepped ahead of time for sure makes it easier! I think I am doing them again this weekend!
