So I like to call these Oink Oink Kabooms just because I like the name. It was just one of those days I wanted to make something different. These were awesome and I can’t wait for the day that I do them again! Pretty simple. I started with a plain unseasoned Pork Loin. I cubed it up raw into bit size pieces.
I then took those pieces and I wrapped them in a Virginia off the Bone Honey Ham.
Once I had those wrapped, I wrapped them in a Maple Smoked Bacon and slid it onto a Skewer.
I seasoned them with just some basic grilling pork seasoning. I let them sit and I went out and started the grill. Once the grill was to temp, I threw these skewers onto indirect heat. I left them on for about 15 minutes and I went out and flipped them.
I left them on for another 10 minutes and then I glazed them with a some Orange Stir Fry sauce and left them on the heat for about 3 more minutes just so the sauce could really glaze over nicely. I pulled them off and they were rockin!
