Once again I am victim to can art! Dark Side of The Moon by Bald Man Brewing in Eagan MN was one of those beers that caught my eye right away. It made me think of Silence of the Lambs right away and then I saw the name! I thought, how could I go wrong?!

This is a good beer. Pours nice and dark and rich. Not a ton of head on it and what there is go away pretty quick. Not a ton of Carbonation in this one. This beer does have a solid background of Chocolate and Coffee so it plays perfect into my likes. Another great full beer to have with Supper. I think I will keep a 4 Pack of it around!
