2018 Northern Invasion Music Festival In Somerset WI

I love Music Festivals, and Somerset holds a special place in my heart! I spent a ton of time there over the years and I have a ton of great (sometimes hazy) memories! This years Northern Invasion was a good time and it was a kickoff to my “See Tool 2 Times in 1 Week at Festivals” Week! I was originally going to skip this show, because I had already boughten tickets for Rock on The Range in Ohio which happens the following weekend, but when I saw they announced Tool and A Perfect Circle, like a sucker, I went out and bough my wristbands.

Saturday it rained off and on and was a little cooler. A perfect day to be at a music festival. It kept the heat and dust down! Sunday it felt like we were watching a show in a microwave! Blazing sun, super hot! Good beer drinking weather. Also good weather to apply about 50 coats of suntan lotion!

We saw some interesting things, but not nearly as interesting as Rock on the Range! I will Post this photos next! Here is to hoping that next year is as good of a time as this year!
