Awesome Fireball Whiskey Infused Grilled Meatballs

Fireball by itself is bad news! Your at a party, a bottle starts getting handed around and next thing you know your sleeping on a couch the next day! But, when you add it to some food, you get some neat results. Example A, some bitchin meatballs! Very simple to make and very awesome to eat! Here’s what you will need

– 1 lb ground Hamburger

– 1 lb Ground Pork Sausage

– 1/2 pack of bacon finely diced

– 1 Cup Panko BreadCrumbs

– 1/3 cup milk

– 2 Tablespoons Fireball

– Salt

– Pepper

– 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder

– 1/2 Cup chopped Cilantro

– King’s Hawaiian Buns

– 1 Cup Shredded Romano / Parmesan Cheese

Go ahead and mix together the bread crumbs, Milk and Fireball and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then add in your meat, cheese, cilantro, and seasoning and mix it all together.

Once it is sufficiently mixed together, start forming them into balls about the size of golf balls. You should get quite a few. Once you have them all made up, go ahead and start your grill.

I used my Weber Kettle grill with the help of my vortex cooker. Heat in the middle and the meatballs along the perimeter. You are going to leave them on for about 30 minutes, flipping them once halfway thru.

At the end, I just threw them into a crock pot to keep them warm and we ate them on the Kings Hawaiian buns as miny sliders! So good. If you don’t have a vortex, i would just cook them on indirect heat and follow the same time line!
