Old Bay Breaded Shrimp In The Air Fryer

So simple and so good. If you haven’t jumped in the Air Fryer bandwagon yet, get on, there’s plenty of room. Here is what you need

Shrimp (I used your standard size peel and way shrimp)

Old Bay Seasoning

2 Eggs

3 Cups of Flour

a little bit of corn meal

Start by creating 3 shallow bowls. In the 1st Bowl add half of the flour and some Old Bay Seasoning.

In the 2nd bowl mix your eggs. In the 3rd bowl, add the remaining flour, Old Bay Seasoning and Corn Meal for a little crunchy texture.

Roll the shrimp in the 1st bowl, dip it in the egg and then roll them in the 3rd bowl to cover them.

Place them in a single flat layer in your fryer basket. I cooked mine at 375 for only about 4 minutes. They came out delicious and was just like you were at your local Legion or VFW during a fish fry. So rockin. Air Fryers are the best!

I have just the basic Phillips Air Fryer. Non of the fancy bells and whistles and mine works great! I know people who have purchased all sorts of different ones and I haven’t really heard anything bad about any of them
